I’m having trouble getting into my account. The system doesn’t recognize me email address.
Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble getting into your account! At the time of your first order, we give you two options to create an account: during checkout, and in an email that we sent after you placed your order. If you didn’t create an account at either of these times, our system won’t recognize your email.
Here’s what you can do: go to the LOGIN page, and click on the Register button. Make sure you use the same email you used when you purchased Jetson. Your subscription will automatically link to your new account. Congrats, now you’ve got a Jetson Account!
